Direct answer

Shortlist manufacturers on two things first: whether their equipment fits your job, and whether they can service it where you are. A long product list or a big marketing presence doesn't prove installation support, parts access or response times. This directory shows what each source confirms and leaves the gaps in plain view.

Shortlist test

For each manufacturer, confirm the legal seller, the exact service territory, who installs, how commissioning and training work, who administers the warranty, where parts are held, preventive maintenance, the escalation path and what happens to support if a distributor changes. Where possible, ask for references who run the same model in your region.

Directory policy

Being listed is not an endorsement. A manufacturer gets a profile once its identity, relevant products and core support claims have usable evidence. Any ranking would need a published method and comparable coverage across makers. Commercial relationships are disclosed and never change how evidence is scored.

06

Separate maker, seller and service administrator

Write down three names, even if one company fills every role: who made the configuration (or serial) you're offered, the legal seller you pay, and who administers warranty and service. A dealer listing tells you about that dealer's offer; it doesn't change the manufacturer's own record.

Buying equipment and joining a branded business can also come with different obligations. The US Cryotherapy purchase page offers direct electric-equipment sales subject to franchise-territory conflicts. Read it as an example of a sales channel, not as a current OEM specification or a territory right that applies everywhere, and check those obligations before you commit to a site or lease.

07

Model configuration and document matrix

Product pages list cooling source, geometry and electrical configuration as separate facts, and this matrix keeps them separate. Use it to decide which documents to request; it is not an installation drawing or an operating approval. All rows were checked October 6, 2026. The Vortex electrical figures come from an earlier successful check that day, because a repeat retrieval timed out. Exact hardware revisions and serial-specific operating manuals are still unknown.

Model configuration and document matrix
Model / primary source Cooling source Geometry Published electrical version Operator evidence
Element Electric Door chamber; head position not established 208-240 V, 1 phase; 60 Hz: 40 A / MCA 26 A; 50 Hz: 50 A / MCA 32 A Supplier advertises no staff; applicable manual not reviewed
Vortex Electric Chamber; exact opening/head position not established 208-240 V, 60 Hz; 1 phase MCA 50.1 A or 3 phases MCA 24.9 A; earlier checked specification Supplier advertises no staff; applicable manual not reviewed
Ethos Electric Two-person door chamber; head position not established 208-240 V, 60 Hz; 3 phases MCA 43.1 A or 1 phase MCA 88 A Supplier advertises no staff; applicable manual not reviewed
Everest Electric Fully enclosed WBC chamber; exact head-position specification not established Ambiguous published electrical string; exact drawing required Not established in reviewed model document
XR Cryosauna Liquid nitrogen Open top; head and neck above enclosure 110 V published; phase/frequency not established Supplier requires certified operator for every session
CRYO XC Liquid nitrogen Cabin; door geometry/head position not established 230 V, 50 Hz, minimum 16 A; 60 Hz compatibility claim Training/certification stated; continuous presence not established here
CRYO XC Plus Liquid nitrogen Two-door cabin; head position not established 230 V, 50 Hz, minimum 16 A; 60 Hz compatibility claim Training/certification stated; continuous presence not established here
cryo:one+ Electric Two-person chamber 380-400 V, 3 phases, 50 Hz, 32 A; US: 460 V, 3 phases, 60 Hz, 32 A Not established in reviewed model document
cryoair flex Electric Modular single chamber for two users 380-400 V, 3 phases, 50 Hz, 32 A; 460 V, 3 phases, 60 Hz, 32 A Not established in reviewed model document
Arctic Performance Nitrogen heat-exchange system Adjustable window; WBC and PBC modes 220-230 V, peak 13 A; phase/frequency not established Not established in reviewed model document
Glacier Performance Electric Single-person WBC chamber with window 400 V, 3 phases, 50/60 Hz; US 208 V, 60 Hz with voltage booster; US phase not established Not established in reviewed model document
e-Arctic Performance Electric Fully enclosed WBC with separate machinery; includes head/neck in supplier description 400 V, 50 Hz, 30 A; 208 V, 60 Hz, 60 A; phase/territory not established Not established in reviewed model document

One trap: Artica's Ethos promotional wording quotes 34 RLA for a single-phase offering, while the detailed single-phase specification lists MCA 88 A. Both labels are kept because they measure different things, and neither tells you actual daily kWh.

The operator column draws on the Artica chamber category, the CRYONiQ operator-training guide and the Cryo Innovations FAQ, checked October 6, 2026. None of them replaces the applicable operating manual or a local determination.

A live product page shows that a model is offered, not that it's in stock, how long delivery takes or who supports it locally. Two rows need extra care: Arctic's adjustable window changes the user geometry, and the nitrogen XR Cryosauna and electric XR Kiosk are separate models. Take the exact configuration into the installation checklist, and use the cost comparison only once the delivered service is matched.

Read certificate scope before using a badge

A published certificate copy shows the named product, the issue date and the printed expiry. It doesn't show whether the certificate is still live with the issuer, whether it covers every product in the brand, the current US configuration or a signed purchase warranty. We visually reviewed the following Cryomed copies on October 6, 2026, from the official quality page.

Read certificate scope before using a badge
Named model in published copy Certificate / issue Issue date Printed expiry Applicability still to confirm
Cryomed Pro / One copy 231299387 / Issue 1 2023-12-11 2026-12-10 Variant scope tied to report 230500333; current CryoMe model mapping and US configuration unknown
IceChill / HorseCryo / PetCryo copy 231299278 / Issue 1 2023-10-09 2026-10-08 Renewal and mapping to current IceChill / e-IceChill unknown
Cryomed Basic / Mini copy 221299197 / Issue 1 2022-06-21 2025-06-20 Printed expiry predates this review; renewal/current model mapping unknown
Cryofan CF-04 / CF-04M copy 221299373 / Issue 1 2022-11-11 2025-11-10 Printed expiry predates this review; renewal/current Cryofan mapping unknown

The Pro/One copy itself says that production-process control and certification-body surveillance are outside its scope. And an expired published copy doesn't prove there was no renewal. Ask for the current applicable document and which models it maps to before treating any copy as current coverage.

CRYONiQ's XC / XC Plus quality page refers to FDA 513(g); we haven't obtained the underlying letter, its date or current revision. The FDA describes the 513(g) process as a request for information, and its response is not a clearance or approval. That general point doesn't tell you what a particular supplier's letter says.

09

Sources and limitations

The directory combines earlier research with October 6, 2026 checks of the CRYONiQ US catalog, Everest, MECOTEC cryo:one+, CRYO Science e-Arctic, CryoMe Pro and CryoMe distributor directory. A named US office or listed representative doesn't establish technician availability, parts stock or a response time for your ZIP code.

The legacy Cryomed Pro URL now redirects to a CryoMe Pro page. Neither the redirect nor the legal name in the footer proves that every legacy model, contract or specification carried over unchanged, so the original model name, the current page and the exact document revision are kept apart. The historical image on the nitrogen category page keeps its date and attribution.

Cryo Innovations lists the nitrogen XR Cryosauna and the electric XR Cryo Kiosk separately; a staffing claim about the Kiosk doesn't carry over to the nitrogen machine. Public brochures such as the CRYONiQ XC document add model evidence but don't replace the current installation manual or a signed contract. Independent testing and service confirmation for a buyer's address are still incomplete.
